Terms of Service for WidgeLink

1. Description of Services

WidgeLink provides a comprehensive CRM solution for modern businesses, including:

• Unlimited users and contacts.
• Smart automation for lead capture, nurturing, and deal closure.
• Dashboards for tracking leads, conversions, and revenue.
• Booking and calendar tools with automated reminders.
• Unified conversations across email, chat, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Drag-and-drop website and funnel builder for unlimited sites.

Services are provided “as is” and may evolve over time.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Fees and Payment

Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with notice. Late payments incur interest at 1.5% per month.

4. User Content and Responsibilities

You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., contacts, leads, funnels). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process it to provide the Services.

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Use the Services for spam, phishing, or unauthorized automation.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
• Share sensitive data without proper consents (e.g., GDPR compliance for contacts).

We may remove violating content without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

WidgeLink and its suppliers own all rights to the Services, including software, designs, and trademarks. You may not copy or modify them except as permitted.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Services may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Facebook, payment gateways). Your use is subject to those parties’ terms, and we are not liable for their actions.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate for violations, with or without notice. Upon termination, you lose access, but we retain data for legal/compliance purposes (up to 90 days).

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties. We disclaim liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [City, Pakistan]. We encourage informal resolution first.

11. Miscellaneous

These Terms are the entire agreement. If any provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable. We may assign these Terms; you may not without consent.
